Immigration medical exams
At our office in Okemos Michigan we are offering immigration medical exam services for all applicants for adjustment of status or “ Green card” in Greater Lansing are and beyond . All applicants for permanent residency in the United States are required to complete I-693 USCIS form that is adjacent to I-485 USCIS form . We are able to complete ALL the components needed ( physical exam, laboratory testing and vaccines ) as required per most recent USCIS/CDC guidelines in our office located at 2289 Sower Blvd Suite B , Okemos MI.
Our processing time from first appointment to completed sealed envelope with I-693 form is between 2-7 business days.
The vaccines needed depend on your age and are typically included in your health insurance coverage. We will assess your vaccine history and provide you all details about required vaccines. Should you lack health insurance, we can administer the vaccines here for a fee.
COST
This Immigration Medical EXAM is NOT covered by medical insurances, However the blood test required as well as the vaccines are usually covered.
Cost is $295 / person examined - this include case review, medical history and vaccination review , advising about necessary lab test and vaccinations as well as completing the form I-693 completely and correctly.
Lab test required :
Every applicant over 2y is required to have blood test for tuberculosis ( QUANTIFERON)
For adults applicants 18-44 , a BLOOD test for Syphilis ( RPR) is also required.
For adults applicants 18-24 , a URINE test for Gonorrhea disease is required .
If you do not have medical insurance or if you don’t want to use your medical insurance for this test ( in such cases where you have a high deductible) , we are able to provide affordable inexpensive and transparent cash-priced blood test in our office. ($100 for all testing) .
Vaccines that you are missing: You can have them done in our office, or at your Pharmacy or at your doctor’s office or at the health department. We have all the vaccines required in our office and you can use the insurance or you can pay out of pocket. .
